Having built a long-standing reputation for high quality and sensitive property development and regeneration as HIMOR, we have now changed our name to Wain Estates to recognise the vision, values and culture we share as part of Wain Group.
Along with Wain Homes, we undertook an extensive internal engagement programme as part of the re-brand to identify the culture and values that are central to the Group’s activities.
The project was led from within, with our own people identifying what makes the Wain Group such a special and unique business to be part of and to work with. The programme coincided with the Group’s 50th anniversary taking place in 2022.
Will Ainscough, CEO of Wain Estates and executive chairman of Wain Group, said: "As a proudly independently owned business, the 50th anniversary felt the right time to bring the Wain Group brands together in one family.
