Wain Estates completes sale of 150-home development site in Albrighton, Shropshire.

Wain Estates have completed on the sale of a 150-home development site in Albrighton, Shropshire, to national housebuilder Crest Nicholson.
The 15-acre site, located on the edge of the village, secured outline planning permission earlier this year and forms a key part of the Shropshire Local Plan. The Scheme is landscape-led, retaining mature trees and incorporate green corridors for walking and cycling, while creating a sustainable extension to the existing community.
